This 5-hour course is both practical and theoretical.  Each hour is a combination of theory and guided meditations of various types.  It therefore gives you the opportunity to experience the main types of meditation and discover which is best for you personally.  The theory will give you an understanding of the science behind mindfulness and meditation, as well as emotions and happiness.

By the end of the five lessons you should have the basis of a skill that you can continue to practice, and hence reap the many benefits meditation offers, including reducing stress.

“Meditation and mindfulness with Nat is a fantastic course. Nat explained things clearly and guided us through different types of meditation and mindfulness practices. The exercises were easy to follow and apply and were effective straight away. The meditation practices are already making a difference for me, and the sense of calm and feeling mentally refreshed is something that will be a good part of my daily routine. Thank you Nat!” Fiona

I did a five week online meditation course with Susie at the start of 2021. the course was a great mix of practice and theory and we got the opportunity to try out a number of different types of meditation each week so we could find out what type we preferred and what worked best for us.

I also found it really helpful learning about the theory behind the practice of meditation as this gave me a greater understanding of the practical approaches we were trying out.” – Elizabeth, Sydney
